The Department for Education has announced the outcome of the 2022-23 round of the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF). The CIFs aim is to keep eligible academy, sixth form colleges and voluntary aided school buildings in safe and working order. It is essentially there to support schools in addressing issues that normal funding and revenue cannot meet. This includes areas such as energy efficiency, health and safety and building compliance.
In this latest round, four schools in our area have been funded. These are The Compton School, Christ’s College Finchley, Hasmonean High School for Boys and The Henrietta Barnett School. These four schools are amongst over 1400 projects from schools across the country.
