Yesterday, Mike held another of his regular 'Meet the Street' evenings in Parliament.

The Government has announced that the Energy Bills Support Scheme Alternative Fund is now open for constituents to apply. From 27th February 2023, 900,000 more households across England, Scotland and Wales will benefit from the government’s £400 help with energy bills.

The Prime Minister has announced the agreement of the new Windsor Framework with the European Commission President, Ursula von der Leyen.

The Government has this week announced a new energy scheme for businesses, charities and the public sector, ahead of the current scheme ending in March.

As many will be aware, there is an out of season increase in scarlet fever and Strep A infections. There have been reports of a shortage of antibiotics to treat Strep A.

I am pleased to inform constituents that TfL have now installed a height restriction barrier/gate at the Finchley Central Tube Station car park. It is hoped that this barrier will help deter travellers from using the station car park.
